The house is only reserved once the booking form has been signed and 50% payment has been received.

 

Four weeks prior to the booking, invoices for the balance, damages deposit and food/drink deposit will be raised.

 

Only BACS payments can be accepted. The house has no facility to accept credit card payments. A single invoice will be raised to the Company or Host booking the stay. Individual invoices to guests cannot be raised.

 

Casa Nova Rignana accepts no liability for the safe keeping of any possessions. Guests are required to ensure that their property is adequately insured against theft and/or damage. The last guest to bed must be responsible for locking the house at the end of the evening. Each bedroom has locks on its doors. The staff will show the guests how to lock up the house at night.

 

No dogs or pets are permitted. There is a guard dog who lives on the property and is looked after by the household staff.

 

A no smoking policy is operated inside the house. Guests may only smoke in the outside sitting and dining areas where ashtrays are provided.

 

Guests are required to note that an inventory is maintained for all rooms and any breakages, missing items or damage (which extends beyond fair wear and tear) is covered by the damages deposit.

 

Guests use the swimming pool entirely at their own risk and under no circumstances should children be allowed to swim unsupervised.

 

Both members of household staff will have their lunch break at midday, and an afternoon rest from 3:30-6pm. The staff will lay and clear the tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner, prepare and serve the food at every mealtime, (excluding when the guests will go out to restaurants). Menus are to be planned in advance so the staff can do the food shopping prior to the guests arrival. The rooms will be cleaned daily.
